This option displays the essential data on world capacities and capabilities. The selected items may be viewed on screen or printed. Within a single screen you can progressively view world capacity, capacities by companies, by plants and equipment at those plants. You can view data grouped by Parent/Shareholding Companies and their capacities, chart graph or export this data to Microsoft Excel and much more.
2 - Display Countries/Companies
This option gives the full directory display for the World or selected Country, Company or Plant. Selections can be printed or exported as Microsoft Word files.
3 - Display Companies by Selected Parameters
This option allows for the selection of groups of companies or plants that meet selected criteria. These can include any of the following:
Name
Address (+Address Categories)
Post Code
Category of Operation (rolling/extrusion, etc)
Country
Equipment Manufacturer (for display of companies using selected manufacturer's equipment)
Equipment Specifications (type of equipment, detailed specifications)

Selected data can be printed or exported as Microsoft Excel and other files
4 - Create/Export Files for Company Data
This option allows the transfer of data for mail shots to other programs such as Excel, Lotus, MultiPlan or to delimited files or databases. There are also options to directly Print Labels for mail shots or to create csv Bulk Email files.
